If a package, floor or payout time no longer matches the record, name the entry and describe what you saw. We re-test rather than quietly edit a figure.

Method questions

Ask and we will explain exactly how a figure was produced, including the dates and the free routes used.

Operators

Factual errors are corrected quickly. Requests to move up the record, remove a slow settlement or preview an entry before publication are declined.

Beyond our reachWe have no access to your account at any operator. Locked accounts, held redemptions and failed verification need that operator support channel, then its licensing or state consumer route.
